Convocation Ceremony for the Conferment of First Degrees and Award of Prizes
Venue: Convocation Arena, Main Campus, Osogbo
Time: 10.00 a.m.
NOTE:
- Graduands and all guests should be fully seated by 9.00 a.m. Nobody, including Graduands and their Parents/Guardians will be admitted into the Convocation Arena, after 9.00 a.m.
- Graduands are not allowed to leave the convocation venue before the end of the ceremony. They are strongly advised to comply with these arrangements.
INFORMATION FOR GRADUANDS
- Graduands are to collect their academic robes, Order of Proceedings, two Guest cards from their College Secretaries between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. from July 24 – 26, 2012, on presentation of receipt showing evidence of payment of twelve thousand, five hundred naira (N12,500.00) covering the followings: academic gown, Alumni Levy, souvenirs and other materials. Payment should be made to:

Account No: 0000504412 - Graduands should assemble at the Car Park in front of the University Auditorium, Main Campus, Osogbo on the graduation day not later than 8.00 a.m. They must be fully robed and seated in the places allocated to them at the Convocation venue by 9.00 a.m.
- Academic robes MUST be returned before the close of work on Monday, 30 July, 2012. Failure to return the gowns on the prescribed date and time shall attract a fine of N5,000 per day.
- Commercial Photographers/Video Operators are to pay N2,000 for the period. All those interested to function as Photographers/Video Operators are required to make payment to the Cash Office in the Bursary of the University between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 23rd July, 2012. The receipts are to be presented to the Senior Assistant Registrar (Corporate Affairs Unit) who will issue certificate of accreditation to operate. Only officially registered photographers/video operators shall be allowed to operate within the convocation arena.
- All cars and buses without University emblem or sticker will pay N200 to enter the Campus.
