Papers for publication may be sent in throughout the year and if accepted will be published after the Peer Review Process. Authors and contributors will be notified of the acceptance, subject to review, or decline of submitted articles. Articles submitted for publication must be subjected to plagiarism check by the author before submission. Articles must be original and must be the product of diligent research and original ideas. Accordingly, it is expected that the articles must not have been submitted, published or accepted for publication elsewhere.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS
Papers submitted for publication must comply with the following guidelines:
1. Papers must be accompanied by a cover page with the following information: Name(s) of author(s), academic or professional qualifications and affiliated institutions, contact information including phone number(s), email address(es) and relevant social media handles.
2. There should be an Abstract for each of the papers being submitted.
3. Font should be Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing. A paper should be between 8,000 and 10,000 words. Exceptional papers with word count less than
8,000 or more than 10,000 will be considered for publication.
4. Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, font size 10.
5. Referencing style/format: Authors are expected to comply with the Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) Fourth Edition.
6. All spellings should be in British English.
