Mr. Gbadebo is a retired banker with over twenty-eight (28) years of cognate experience with Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. He has worked in all spheres of banking operations at branches, regional offices and specialized Head Office Departments including; training, inspection/audit, special products, treasury, and debt management at middle and top management levels with peak as Head, Asset and Liability Management, Treasury department.

He a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, an Associate of the Institute of Company and Commercial Accountants, and The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, also an Examiner with The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria in International Finance since April 1994 to date. Aside he bagged Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance, Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Economics and currently a registered PhD student in Business and Applied Economics [Finance Option] with Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye.

He has been lecturing since 2003/2004 academic session to date, at both Undergraduate and Post graduate levels including supervision of projects with Lagos State University on part-time basis. Mr. Gbadebo was also given an appointment as an Associate Lecturer ll in the mainstream of Banking and Finance unit of Department of Accounting, Banking and Finance during 2007/2008 session in the same University. A facilitator with the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ibadan Chapter in Element of Banking, Practice of Banking and International Finance between 1993 and 1995.

Mr Gbadebo has about four locally published articles and two textbooks to his credit, attended various professional and academic trainings, seminars and workshops, presently a Lecturer II with Osun State University, Osogbo in the department of Accounting, Banking and Finance. He is happily married with children.
