I am Olusola Olagunju. A native of Osogbo in Osogbo local Government in the state of Osun. I am married and bless with children. I have B.Sc Accounting (Ed) second class upper division from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago -Iwoye in 2006 and NCE (Office Management Education) from Osun State College of Education Ila Orangun in 1992. I am one of the pioneer staff that was employed into the University in 2007 as confidential secretary II on full time basis. My appointment was confirmed on 16th August, 2011. I became a Principal Confidential Secretary II on 1st October, 2016. I have served in different capacity as the pioneer secretary to the Provost, College of Health Sciences, Secretary to the HODs Biological Sciences, Civil Engineering, Geography Department and presently secretary to the Dean faculty of social sciences, Okuku campus. I like singing.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Responsible for overall secretarial administration.
- Act as personal assistant to the Dean by keeping record of important events/activities.
- Keep staff/students records and update record where necessary.
- Liaise with the administrative offices for coordinating administrative activities.
- Responsible for purchasing, distribution and control of office materials and consumables.
- Information control and disseminating of information to staff/students on the need to know basis.
- Ensure compliance of staff/students to administrative procedures and standards.
- Participate in general meetings and appropriately communicate decision extracts from meetings.
- Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails and other materials.
AJIBOLA, Adenike Rebecca

Rebecca Adenike AJIBOLA joined the service of Osun State University (UNIOSUN) in February, 2010 as Office Assistant and rose through the ranks to become Senior Office Assistant in October 1, 2013. She has West African School Certificate.
She has served the university in various capacities as directed by her immediate boss. She has worked in the Department of Information and Communication Technology and Internal Audit Unit under the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.

I attended Bolorunduro Community Primary School, Ogotun Ekiti, Ekiti State and graduated in the year 1988. Ogotun High School, Ogotun Ekiti, Ekiti State(1991-1996)–SSCE/WASCE, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (2001-2002)–IJMB A/L, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State(2003-2005)–B.Sc Economics, National Teachers’ Institute, Kaduna(2007-2008)–PGDE, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife(2010-2014)–M.Sc Economics. I am currently undergoing a Ph.D degree programme in Economics at Kwara State University, Malete, Kwara State. I worked in some private Secondary Schools in Osun State between 2007–2009, WAEC and NECO Examiner in 2009. Also as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Economics, Osun State College of Education, Ilesa and Department of Economics, University of Ibadan, Osun State College of Education, Ilesa chapter between 2014 and 2015. I joined the service of Osun State University, Osogbo in March, 2015 till date.
I teach undergraduate students in the department of Business Administration (Entrepreneurship Studies Unit). In the current semester, I am in charge of courses like Bus 202, ENT 216, ENT 204, ENT 304 and ENT 499 (Research Project). I am the Secretary to the Departmental Academic Board and also the Secretary to the Faculty of Management Sciences Examination Committee.

Oluwafisoye, Peter ‘Rogba Adefisoye started the journey of obtaining his Academic/Professional qualification from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where be obtained a Diploma in Physical and Health Education in 1992, a National Diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Higher National Diploma in Physics with Electronics, Final Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology, B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics with Electronics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Ibadan, a Master Degree in Education (M.Ed.), a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master degree in Radiation and Health Physics (M.Sc). He is currently a Ph.D student.
He got a silver and bronze medal in 1982 and 1983 respectively at the three legged Race (Boys) event during the inter-house sports competition of Sijuwade Nursery and Primary School, Ile-Ife and won a gold medal at the Javelin throwing Event of Moremi High School, O.A.U, Ile-Ife years after. He received an award as the Director of Sports for the year 1995 for the Faculty of Engineering, Federal Polytechnic Ede. He received a silver medal at the University of Ibadan Staff games (Faculty of Science, Football team 2006). He was appointed the Sports Coordinator and Assistant Coach, College of Science Engineering and Technology, Osun State University, UNIOSUN in 2008 and represented the University at the National Conference on Sports Development in Nigerian Universities at the National Universities commission (NUC) same year. He was appointed UNIOSUN, Sports Secretary in 2010 and represented the University at the Nigerian Universities Games Association (NUGA) council same year. He was instrumental to the registration of UNIOSUN with NUGA and West African University Games (WAUG) in 2010 and 2013 respectively. He also served as the Secretary, Ad-HOC committee on Sports Component of fees for the University in 2011 and Team Manager UNIOSUN contingent to NUGA games. He was appointed the Technical Coordinator for UNIOSUN Sports in 2015 and the Ag. Director, Directorate of Sports, Osun State University in 2017.
