Olukoya Ogen is a Professor of History at Osun State University, Osogbo as well as a Visiting Senior Research Fellow to the Department of African Studies and Anthropology, University of Birmingham (2012-17).
He holds a PhD in History from the University of Lagos, and a Certificate in Trade, Growth and Poverty from the World Bank Institute, Washington D.C. He was a Leventis Scholar at SOAS, University of London in 2008, a British Academy Visiting Fellow at the University of Birmingham in 2009, a CWAS Visiting Fellow in 2010, and an American Council of Learned Societies (AHP) Postdoctoral Fellow in 2011.
He was also a Guest Researcher at Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone in 2011. Prof. Ogen is currently the Country Director of a 5-year European Research Council Grant on ‘Everyday Religious Encounters and Social Identities in Southwest Nigeria.’ He has won numerous foreign travel fellowships / grants for paper presentations at conferences and for research visits to several universities across the globe. With over 60 publications to his credit, Prof. Ogen also sits on the editorial boards of major local and international journals. He co-founded African Nebula with Prof. Samar Habib in 2010.
He is a Member of Faculty Row, a US-based exclusive global elite network of distinguished and super professors that accepts new members by invitation only. Prior to joining Osun State University in 2009, Prof. Ogen had stints at the University of Lagos, 2000-2001, Adekunle Ajasin University, 2001-2006, and Obafemi Awolowo University, 2006-2009.
He is a member of several research networks including the Association of Commonwealth Universities Research Management Network, African Borderlands Research Network and the Organisation for Historical Research in Nigeria. Prof. Ogen is a Senate elected representative on the Governing Council of Osun State University and the current Dean of the Faculty of Humanities.

Prof. Janet Olubukola Olaitan joined the services of Osun State University, Osogbo, Nigeria in 2008. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Lagos State University in 1992 and subsequently Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in the same discipline in 1997 and 2005 respectively from University of Ibadan. Dr. Olaitan started her carrier as an Assistant lecturer with University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (UNAAB) in 1999 and rose to Lecturer I.
In terms of administrative responsibilities, Prof. Olaitan was the pioneer Coordinator and Acting Head of Department of Biological Sciences of the University between 2008 and 2011. She served as the Acting Dean of Student Affairs between 2011 and 2013. She became the pioneer Acting Dean of Basic and Applied Sciences in 2013. She is currently the Dean of Basic and Applied Sciences and Provost, College of Science, Engineering and Technology. She has Academic papers published in both Local and International Journals and has attended many Conferences within and outside the country.

Bolaji Olumuyiwa Omitola, a professor of political science is currently the Dean, Faculty of the Social Sciences, Osun State University, Nigeria. Prior to this appointment Dr. Omitola served as Director, Entrepreneurial Studies, Acting Dean, Students' Affairs of the University and Head of Department of Political Sciences in the College of Management and Social Sciences of Osun State University, Okuku Campus. Prof. Omitola attended University of Lagos, Lagos from 1987 to 1991 for his undergraduate education programme and University of Ibadan, Ibadan for his postgraduate programmes between 1993 and 2008. He obtained Bachelor of Science, Political Science (with Second Class Upper Division) in the year 1991; Masters in Political Science (with Specialisation in Public Administration) in 1994 and PhD in Political Science in 2008.
Dr. Omitola started his teaching career in The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 1994 as an Associate Lecturer in General Studies. He later joined the service of Olabisi Onabanjo University in 1996 as Assistant lecturer in the Department of Political Science in 1996. In the year, 2010, he joined the service of Osun State University and became the Acting Head of Department of Political Science in April of the year 2010.
Prof. Omitola lectures and conducts research in the following areas: political institution, comparative politics and public administration. This is reflected in his research that have interrogated issues like Nigerian federalism, party system and political parties conflicts, ethnicity, ethno-regional agitations, religious fundamentalism, resource distribution, terror and security. He is involved in various committees assignment within the university.
He has published in local and international journals and peer reviewed books. Dr. Michaeline Asuquo Isawumi received her MBBCh degree from University of Calabar in 1989, MSc Community Eye Health 2002 from University College London, Fellows Nigeria Post graduate Medical College 2003, Fellows West African College of Surgeons 2004, Fellow International College of Surgeons 2007. This was followed by subspecialty fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus obtained from L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, India 2009. She is currently an Associate Professor. She has been the Acting Head of Department of Surgery since 2012, and the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences in 2012- 2014, and 2015 to date.

• Establishing the need to take proper precaution as well as applying universal precaution in preparing an eye patient for surgery because of the prevalence of HIV positivity among our patients

I Mrs. Olanrewaju Toyin Omonike was born on 26th December, 1975 at Ede. I am a native of Ifon Osun in Orolu Local Government, Osun State.
