1. All students for the 2015 SIWES/IT exercise should note that the official commencement date for the 2015 SIWES/IT programme is Tuesday 7th April 2015.

2. All eligible students for the programme who are yet to have the assumption of duty, ITF SPE and End of the programme forms should download same on the university website.
3. The assumption of duty form should be thoroughly completed by the IT employer, signed and stamped. The duly completed assumption of duty form should be submitted to the University SIWES office on or before Monday 20th April 2015.
4. The ITF SPE form should be completed by the students and submitted to the ITF area office nearest to their place of primary assignment on or before Friday 24th April 2015.
5. The End of the programme form should be completed and returned to the SIWES unit at the end of the 6 months programme.
