Biosketch

Dr. Oladiran Akinsola Ayodele was called to the Nigerian Bar. He is an academician and a Guidance Counsellor. He studied at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, Nigerian Law School and North-West University, South Africa respectively. He also attended the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria where he studied Education and Guidance & Counselling. He began his academic career as a Lecturer II in Osun State University, Osogbo. He was promoted to lecturer I in 2013. He obtained his Doctoral Degree in 2018 and was promoted to Senior Lecturer grade level the same year. He was appointed as Acting Head of Department of Business and Private Law in 2018, the position he held until he was appointed as the Acting Provost/Dean of the College of Law in December 2019. He is a member of the University Senate, Committee of Provosts, Deans and Directors and the University Central Admission Committee.

Research Interests and Achievements
His research interests are Oil & Gas and Environmental Law.

Contributions to knowledge
He has over 16 scholastic publications at both national and international levels. He has attended various local and international conferences and workshops. He has supervised many undergraduate LL.B long essays.

He is one of the Review Editors of Osun State University (UNIOSUN) Journal of Law, Development and the Humanities.
