Biosketch:

An industrial/organisational psychologist and human resource management researcher, Zaccheaus Olufunminiyi Olonade teaches in the Department of  Human Resource Development, College of Management and Social Sciences, Osun State University, Osogbo, Nigeria. His scholarly engagements focus on organisational behaviour and industrial psychology, with particular appreciation of human resource management. His publications straddle the areas of employee motivation, job commitment, performance and leadership development. He has over thirty scholarly publications in reputable local and International journals. He has delivered papers in local and international conferences and workshops, and has supervised postgraduate  theses. His academic career has seen him occupying some administrative positions in the university system.
