Biosketch:
Babalola Oluwayemi Oginni is a lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Department, College of Management and Social Sciences, Osun State University. He specilaises in employment relations and human resource management specialist. He has published more than 74 research articles in his areas of specialization and currently working on Human Resource Placement and Performance for Sustainable Development in Nigeria: A Comparative Study of Ministerial Appointments between 1979 - 1983 and 1999 - 2023. He has authored seven (7) textbooks in his areas of specialization areas and contributed chapters in many edited books.
