Kenneth Young Irhue is a Political Scientist  at the Osun State University who specializes in Public Administration, Comparative Politics, Electoral Management, Democratic Governance, Globalization and African Studies. He is the author of the book entitled  An Examination of the Local Government of Nigeria. He is currently working on a book on Technology and Electoral Management in Nigeria.
